Here's my solution for Top row, badge #10 (goals 20 cakes, 1 sheep & 2 fabric in under 5:10):

Immediately sell off 1/2 of your geese. While the truck is gone, catch your first bear. Start collecting eggs and continue to make 5 cupcakes at a time. When the truck gets back, immediately upgrade your shed one time. Leave it at that upgrade. As soon as you can, upgrade the truck one time.

As soon as you collect enough money, buy a sheep. Continue to make and sell cupcakes and as soon as you can start collecting wool and making thread sell that until you have enough to make the cloth mill. You should finish this level in well under 5 minutes.
